We tailor each support contract to the needs and budget of each customer, but our support contracts start with a monthly fee which covers availability and fixing any bugs in the software. Fixing problems that are externally caused (misconfiguration, adapting to changes in the environment, etc) will be charged an hourly rate.
We are constantly improving the powerblogs software for our hosting, and upgrade service contracts are available. We will, of course, require access to the machine, but we understand how important network security is and will work with your network security setup to achieve this access. The rates for this service will be based in part on how difficult it is for us to access the machine and how frequently you want to be updated.
